Richard L. Buxton
Boise, ID
Richard Buxton attended the Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland, University of Colorado, and Boise State University, where he studied engineering and obtained a degree in secondary education. Now retired, Mr. Buxton worked in facility management, planning, engineering, and operations for One Capital Center in Boise, Idaho, the U.S. Navy and Naval Reserve, and Mountain Bell/U.S. West. He has an interest in technology and believes the INL is a valuable resource for the nation's energy plan and for the State of Idaho. He joined the Board in May 2004 and resides in Boise, Idaho.
