Daryl Koch
Manager, Department of Environmental Quality
Mr. Koch is the Department of Environmental Quality Manager for the INL FFA/CO program. He has been the manager since 2003 and has worked in the FFA/CO program since returning to DEQ in 1993. He obtained primacy for Idaho's Hazardous Waste program during his first 10 years at DEQ from 1979-1989. He has a degree in Environmental Studies and over 15 years industrial experience in the pollution monitoring, hazardous waste, and environmental compliance field. Before returning to DEQ he worked for Westinghouse at the Hanford nuclear site in the CERCLA program and for Micron Technology in Boise as manager of their hazardous waste and environmental program.
